Remember, we are lawyers. It could be an ethical violation for us to disclose information about our clients. So we certainly aren’t going to do that for some marketing purpose!
If you sign up for our newsletter, or join our Facebook page, or choose some other method of keeping in touch with us, we will collect and hold your personally identifiable information so we can communicate with you. And we may store that information with third party companies just so we can use their service. For instance, our list of newsletter subscribers is stored with our newsletter provider so we can use them to send our newsletters. But that information is for OUR use, not their use.
If we are compelled by a legal process to share your information, we will comply with any valid legal process like a subpoena, or a demand by law enforcement. That is the only time we will share your information with a third party for their use. The third party has to be the government!
