We will be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day in our Waldorf office with a corned beef and cabbage lunch for the staff and lawyers. To hear Dave Gormley tell it his ancestors came from Ireland and settled in Georgetown right around the time it became part of Washington D.C. So you can blame the Irish music in the lobby and the smell of cooking cabbage coming from the kitchen on him. Or listen to Dave jokingly blame Tucker Clagett, whose ancestors came from England to Southern Maryland even longer ago, for anything that goes wrong on St. Patrick’s Day. But if you wish Dave “Top of Morning” he is sure to respond “And the rest of the day to yourself!” Here are some photos of us having some soda bread for breakfast and our St. Patrick’s Day Lunch.
