George E. Andrews
Our founding partner is now Of Counsel, and is enjoying his well deserved retirement. George has been a fixture in Charles County circles since the 1960s. He is universally known as a kind, warm hearted, giving man. George set the tone for our firm in the beginning and we have tried to maintain his spirit of generosity and friendliness in everything we do.

Charles “Chuck” Bongar
Chuck joined the firm after working for a prominent Prince George’s County law firm. He was the first to expand the firm into non-real estate areas of law. After years of building a general practice, and running a successful personal injury practice, he took over the real estate department.
Chuck taught real estate courses at the University of Maryland and Charles County Community College. He is former General Counsel for the Southern Maryland Board of Realtors. He is also a Director of Old Line National Bank.

Chip was a highly regarded prosecutor in the Charles County State’s Attorneys Office when he joined the firm in 1979. He further expanded the practice by adding criminal law to our portfolio. He soon took an interest in bankruptcy law, and built Southern Maryland’s most highly regarded bankruptcy practice in a very short time.
